Restored by the island’s Morales family in the 1980’s, the building started life in the early 20th century as a warehouse for the island’s growing port. After later brief spells as offices and a hotel, it proudly opened its doors as a restaurant and welcomed the first diners in 1990.
Run by the same family today, Pancho’s Backyard continues to take pride in the highest standards of service and cuisine, not to mention some awesome margaritas. And all at sensible prices.
